STEREOSCOPIC BINOCULAR MICROSCOPE MODEL SS-10 (CAT NO. G-8834)

This model of inclined type stereo microscope provides multiple magnifications with the help of different power sliding objectives. All the optics are par-focal and par-centered.
  • Stand and Stage : Aluminium casted rectangular base which also serve as stage of the microscope has 82mm transparent glass plate with opaque black & white metal plate. The base has a solid metal pillar which provides different heights to the observation head. A rectangular block which has focusing system moves up & down on the pillar alongwith observation head can be set at any convenient height according to the height of the object.
  • Observation Head : The stereo binocular head is inclined at 45° and has adjustable interpupillary distance from 55mm to 75mm. One eye-piece tube has diopter compensating adjustment. Sliding type objectives 2x & 4x are par-focal and par-centered. The working distance of objectives are 80mm and 55mm respectively. Extra wide field achromatic and coated eye-pieces 10x paired are provided with rubber eye guards.
  • Focusing : A rectangular block having focusing system moves the observation head up & down with rack and pinion motion controlled by two large size knobs provided on either side of the block.
  • Illumination : The microscope has low magnification therefore the day light or a simple table lamp light is sufficient for working. It is advisable to use extra light source such as table lamp or other type of incident light lamp when working on high magnifications like 40x, 60x or 80x.
  • Optional : Extra Wide Field eye-pieces 6x, 15x, 20x paired.
  • Finish : The microscope is hard powder-coated for long life.
  • Packaging : The microscope is packed in polished plywood cabinet with lock and key, dust cover and cleaning cloth.

STEREOSCOPIC BINOCULAR MICROSCOPE MODEL SS-13 (CAT NO. G-8835)

More versatile model of inclined type stereo microscope has trans-illumination stand. The fixed stage has two hand rests (detachable type) to support the hands during dissection or other works. The stage has 82mm transparent glass plate with two spring clips and a black & white opaque plate. A 50mm dia fork mounted plano-concave mirror is provided at base below the stage to provide trans-illumination when working on transparent glass plate. Other construction and optical system of the microscope is similar to Model SS-10.

STEREOSCOPIC BINOCULAR MICROSCOPE MODEL SS-14 (CAT NO. G-8836)

This inclined type stereo binocular microscope has additional feature of in-built base illumination system. A 6V-20W lamp fitted in base operated by a step-down transformer also fitted in the base provides bright transmitted illumination when working on transparent glass plate. The illumination is uniformly variable controlled a knob provided on the base. It is very useful when extra bright illumination is required for inspection or other work with working on higher magnifications. Other construction and optical system of microscope is similar to Model SS-10.

STEREOSCOPIC BINOCULAR MICROSCOPE MODEL SS-16 (CAT NO. G-8838)

An advance type stereo binocular microscope has dual illumination i.e. incident as well as transmitted. The microscope provides a high resolution three dimensional erect image at high magnifications there by making it an ideal dissection/inspection instrument for quality control personnel, electronic and precision parts manufacture, geologist, gemologist etc. The illumination can be used independently one by one or combination of both. The microscope is workable on 220V AC 50Hz supply.
  • Base and body : Aluminium casted rectangular base which in-corporate all electricals such as step-down transformer, intensity control and lamp for transmitted light. A straight body fixed on the base has focusing system and in-built incident light source. The base which also serve as stage of the microscope has transparent glass plate as well as opaque plate with two spring clips.
  • Observation head assembly : The stereo head inclined at 45° and rotatable though 360° has adjustable interpupillary distance 55mm to75mm. One eye-piece tube of the head has diopter compensating adjustment. Turret mounted achromatic objectives 2x & 4x are par-focal and par-centered. The working distance of the objectives are 80mm and 55mm respectively. Extra wide field achromatic and coated eye-pieces 10x paired are provided with rubber eye guards.
  • Focusing : The body of microscope has two large size knobs on either side which controls rack and pinion motion moves the observation head up & down for focusing of the object. The incident light source also moves with the head.
  • Illumination : The microscope has dual illumination incident as well as transmitted by 6V-20W lamps operated on step-down transformer fitted in the base. Illuminations can be uniformly variable controlled independently by two separate knobs. Single or both illuminations simultaneously can be used as per requirement.
  • Optional : Extra wide field achromatic and coated eye-pieces 6x, 15x, 20x paired.
  • Finish : The microscope is hard powder-coated for long life.
  • Packaging : The microscope is packed in polished plywood cabinet with lock and key, dust cover and cleaning cloth (Also Styrofoam packing available).
